Refund Policy
There are no refunds on any items purchased from kykustomz.com. All customs are made to order and cannot be returned nor refunded. If there is a problem with your order please contact us. We pride ourselves on complete customer satisfaction and are more than happy to help!
What is the process to get a custom shoe?
Head to the Freestyle Lab to submit a custom request!
How long will my custom shoes take to be completed and then delivered to me?
All custom orders take anywhere from 5-13 days to be shipped out. This time can vary and may be shorter depending on the week. Every single pair is handmade by one person, so please be patient with the process. To receive your customs sooner, please add Rush Order to your cart.
How can I get my customs sooner?
To place a rush order, go to the Shop tab and add "Rush Order" to your cart. Then, input your desired delivery date. If your rush order is unable to be fulfilled by the delivery time submitted, the full amount of both the item(s) and the rush fee will be refunded.
Is the shoe included in the price listed?
Yes, the shoe and custom work are both included in the one price you see listed.
